“Get unstuck, move forward so I can love my life more”, has been a consistent theme that propelled me through great times and challenging experiences.
Intuitive healers go through their own journey of healing and self-discovery to become guides and help others. In fact, it’s my personal experiences that gives my clients the confidence to share and explore with me as their guide. Everyone has “a story”, and the underlying message of my story might feel familiar to you.
Interacting with a complex world full of people, experiences, and variables beyond my comprehension threw me curve balls in life, and the impact left lasting marks. I came to recognize that although I was not responsible for the ways I experienced life, it was my responsibility to heal myself and to choose something different.
I had a choice to stay where I was, wounded and stuck, or choose a new way to be.

My personal healing has been a monumental journey of many emotions. It has also been a journey of exploration of healing modalities ranging from traditional therapy, energy healing, physical movement practices, and medical support.
The process not only helped me to heal but to awaken parts of me that were hidden and underdeveloped, like my passion for healing practices of a more spiritual and energetic nature. My curiosity grew, and I followed it. After studying with experts, I discovered my own gifts that had laid dormant for most of my life.
I share my story with you because I’m a product of the power of healing. I’ve seen how it works to gain clarity and get unstuck in my own life. I believe I’ve lived the journey to help support you on yours, no matter how big or small my participation.
The truth is that the very thing you are searching for, whether to grow or to heal, is within you. All you need is just a little support and a safe space to find the answers.
